CHALLENGE
Lodgable.com has created an industry leading online product that offers vacation rental owners and managers with everything they need to market and manage bookings for their property online. They chose to work with Bryan to refine their brand strategy and better understand the needs of their target audience.
approach
We started by interviewing key stakeholders and conducting both primary and secondary research to gain insight and understanding about the market and potential clients.
With these insights, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy that included buyer personas for each major market segmentation and subsequent positioning and messaging copy that would resonate with the primary audience.
In addition, we provided content architecture and brand design feedback for the launch of the new website for the product launch. We also included recommendations for content marketing strategies and topics to aid in the digital marketing process. Identified specific needs, insights and recommendations that would be required in the product offering to meet the needs of the market.
