CHALLENGE
Dino Watt is a relationship expert with a career in helping couples communicate better with each other and stay married. He is a leading speaker on body language, personal communication, and business communication. Dino wanted to make the transition from a focus on communication between couples into business consulting in the Dental and Orthodontics markets.
approach
We started with an in-depth dive into Dino’s business to better understand his current cliental, brand, and service offerings and to better understand his vision for the future of his company. This included primary and secondary market research along with competitive analysis to gain insights and help define ideal client personas, market opportunities and content marketing topics.
We created a detailed Brand Strategy brief providing the path to join his past consulting experience with the future direction of his company. This included Persona Development to aid in better understanding the demographics and psychographics of his target audience. Also, we provided positioning and messaging to help Dino separate himself from his competition and define his unique sales proposition.
Next we identified and provided the framework for a transformation of his key websites with changes to content architecture and visual brand identity to increase lead generation and client engagement. This included the launch of a solid content marketing strategy with channel and content topic recommendations.
